What products do the bakers of Valongo sell? Valongo’s bread-making first stood out through the sale of moletes and regueifa, which, although both wheat-based, are very different from each other. Maize bread was also made, but mostly for own consumption, along with sêmeas, bicas, milk bread, umbigos, and regueifa doce, among many other products. This is the list of all products that are still sold today.
